Where Do Steam Workshop Mods Download To

doesnt actually matter because the filenames are unreadable but they should be in a workshop folder inside the steamapps bureaucracy of files

They should be in the ~\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\107410\* binder, but they'll just have Workshop ID numbers not names so y'all will need to de a fleck of searching to find the right one.

If you are using a not-standard install of games, then the folders will be relative to where you have the Steam library for your ArmA install and not the Steam client install.

oh human :( , why dey exercise dis to us :( not setting up a ded server is impossible -_-

Because people ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and moaned that to practice it the other fashion yous needed to have two copies of a MOD / Mission on your HDD. One for the Steam enshroud, and ane for ArmA to use. Now ArmA simply uses the Steam cache directly.

TL;DR:
People got what they wanted.

what people ? i lost in this one .... i use a modest ssd and a large hdd now my only option is to download from armaholic or another source since i similar my mods on the ssd

WHy not put steam on the SSD so they download there. If you dont have enough space on the SSD for you other games then make a folder on the HDD for the games yous deceit fit on the SSD.

hey guys never listen its turns out on the launcher on mods you have the cull to duplicate the mods on a folder , so duplicated the mods i needed , simply click the mod and and then the 3 dots

btw is it possible for the server to host all mods so all joining clients wont need mods at all ?

The problem is that the mission .pbo would need to include all of the MODs and this may exist against the terms and Weather of it's apply. Likewise, if the Modernistic is big, and so each customer will be forced to download these from the server before they tin can be used.

yea the matter is that i have too many mods and they deceit exist all in the SSD then i created a mklink to redirect the workshop enshroud to the HDD and i would manualy put the most used mods in the SSD and yea i have steam on my ssd merely the other games in the HDD

I deleted the modernistic based on the date I installed it, I was lucky that it happened today

Nice necro

I guess keep track of the dates when you install them. I noticed a few folders identified past numbers. Some were empty and some of them could be quite large.
